Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your purchase. By ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined below. These terms are binding upon purchase.
1) Nature of This Offer
Birthchart Cashflow is a digital educational program created and operated by Ons Henia under the brand Conscious Mind Vision. The program is currently available at a pre-launch price of $44 USD, $147 USD on launch day April 25th, 2026.
This is a pre-launch offer. By purchasing today, you are securing your enrollment at the founding price. Full course access will be delivered on April 24, 2026.
Completing your purchase constitutes acceptance of this delivery timeline. Pre-launch pricing exists to honor the founding students who enroll before documented results exist. The price will increase upon launch.
2) Enrollment Confirmation & Email Delivery
Upon completing your purchase, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the address entered is accurate, complete, and accessible.
Ons Henia and Conscious Mind Vision are not responsible for non-delivery of emails resulting from typographical errors made by the purchaser at checkout.
Emails are dispatched to the exact address submitted at the time of purchase. We take no responsibility for any typos or submission of incorrect emails. You can request corrections after payment is processed. ons@onshenia.com
If you believe there is an error in the address you provided, contact us immediately at ons@onshenia.com with your full name and proof of purchase.
Confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered into spam or junk folders. Please check all folders before contacting support.
3) No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this program, all sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been processed.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
You are purchasing a digital product and waive any right to a refund upon payment.
A change of mind, change of circumstances, or failure to engage with the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Non-receipt of emails caused by an error made at checkout does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided our system confirms dispatch to the address submitted.
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed inconsistently with these terms will be contested with full documentation, including transaction records, email dispatch logs, checkout confirmation, and this agreement.
Any refund issued outside of this policy is issued solely at the discretion of Ons Henia as a one-time goodwill gesture and does not set a precedent for future transactions.
4) Access & Delivery
Full course access will be made available to all enrolled students on April 24, 2026, via the platform used at checkout.
Lifetime access to all current course materials is included with your enrollment.
All future updates to the program are included at no additional cost.
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Sharing, distributing, or reselling access credentials or course content is strictly prohibited.
5) Intellectual Property
All content within Birthchart Cashflow, including frameworks, methodologies, written materials, audio, video, worksheets, and proprietary systems, is the sole intellectual property of Ons Henia and Conscious Mind Vision.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission.
Proprietary frameworks and all associated methodologies remain the exclusive property of Ons Henia.
Personal application of the frameworks and tools within the program is permitted and encouraged.
06) Disclaimer of Results
Birthchart Cashflow is an educational program. Results vary based on individual application, effort, existing audience, market conditions, and numerous other factors outside our control.
Nothing within this program constitutes a guarantee of income, sales, or any specific business outcome.
Any results referenced, whether from the instructor or students, are illustrative and not representative of typical outcomes. You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take based on the content of this program.
7) Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication at ons@onshenia.com.
Should a chargeback or formal dispute be filed, Ons Henia reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation, including transaction records, email dispatch logs, checkout confirmation, and this signed agreement, to the payment processor as evidence.
By purchasing, you agree that any dispute will be pursued in good faith before escalation to any third party or regulatory body.
