Why performing a release ritual is important

I’ve always been fascinated by how the ancients understood the cycles of life, not just creation, but also destruction.

To them, creation was never separate from endings.

They knew that before something new could be born, something old had to die.

The Egyptians embodied this wisdom through their goddesses.

While Isis was the nurturer of life and rebirth, her sister Nephthys held this other role of endings and release.

Nephthys was the goddess of dusk, mourning, and transition, the one who guided souls through the threshold between what was and what is yet to come.

You might be saying, “Why does this matter today?”

Because the lunar eclipse we're experiencing today feels like a mirror of her energy. ( Not specifically just today, but I've been feeling her the past few weeks)

This Lunar eclipse feels like a cosmic Nephthys moment: a reminder that what no longer serves must be laid to rest.

It asks: what part of you, what attachment, what illusion is ready to be released so your soul can step into its next chapter?

And just like the ancients, we are reminded: release is not loss, it is the portal to creation.

The 4-Step Release Ritual

To help you work with this energy, here’s a powerful 4-step ritual you can perform today:

Step 1:  Write the Names

Take a pen and paper.

Write down the names of everyone who has hurt you, disappointed you, drained you, or even those you feel conflicted emotions toward (the ones you can’t tell if it’s love, resentment, or the urge to control).

Step 2: Write the Letter

On a separate page, write a letter to each one of these.

Pour it all out. Write every single detail of what they made you feel.

Don’t hold back.  Then, when you’ve emptied yourself, write these words:“I release you. I thank you. I choose to forgive.”

And if forgiveness feels impossible right now, simply write: “I forgive myself for being in this situation.”

Step 3:  Seal and Burn

• Sign your name at the bottom.
• Fold the paper once or twice.
• Then burn it safely.

Feel the flames transmuting your pain into light (Using the fire element for alchemy). This is you claiming your sovereignty back.

Note: if you can't burn the papers, then cut them out and dispose of the trash. ( preferably during daylight)

Step 4:  Dispose ( and add Salt)

Take the ashes, mix them with a pinch of salt (the ancient purifier), and dispose of them.

You can throw them in running water, the bathroom. Or just release them outside of your house.

Note: the more emotionally charged the situation, the more potent this ritual becomes.

So get everything out of your system from the unseen world ( your thoughts) into the seen world ( the paper)

Bonus: The Hour of Rest

Once the ritual is complete, your soul will feel lighter, but your body may feel heavy.

You might notice exhaustion, or a sudden urge to distract yourself with a call, a scroll, or a message.

Don’t.

Give your nervous system the gift of silence for at least one hour.

• No calls.
• No scrolling.
• No texting.

Instead, allow your body to process what your soul has just released.

Eat some fruits

Do some stretching

Just don't get stimulated.

Why is this Release Ritual important?

99% of the people would only focus on “ how to get more money, or how to get more love,” but the reality of it is, they don't want to do the real work to call in more of that.

Or should I say: they don't want to let go of the shadows, so they can get more light in their life.

I had this powerful realization this summer when I was having a conversation with my brother, where he couldn't care less about my woo woo esoteric knowledge and how things are interconnected in life..

Yet when I asked him, “ What would you do if you knew that if you invest your money on a specific day ( which is related to numerology and esoteric) you'd get 20-50% more returns just because you utilized that energy,… you'd invest right? He said ” Yes, I would."

So now, I'm saying this to you..

This eclipse isn't like any other energy.. It's a powerful day to clear out those energetic entanglements, so maybe you can be 20 or 50% closer to what you're wishing for.

Everything happens on a spiritual plane first. Remember?

So get that pen and paper and start clearing, releasing..

I've been writing about this for the past 3 letters (weeks), so if you still haven't done anything.. You still have 2 days.
