This policy explains how Ons Henia (EI), operating as Conscious Mind Vision, collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/RGPD) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés. This document is distinct from our Terms & Conditions.

2. Data We Collect & Why

  • Order & account data (name, email address, country, transaction details): to deliver your purchase, provide access to the program, send access credentials and invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

  • Payment data: processed entirely by our payment providers ([Stripe / PayPal]). We never receive, see, or store your card number.

  • Email marketing data: to send the newsletter and offers, only with your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link. ( We never spam or sell your information)

  • Technical & analytics data (IP address, device, pages viewed): to secure the site and measure audience.

  • Support correspondence: to answer your requests.

3. Recipients & Processors

Your data is processed by the following service providers acting on our documented instructions:

Systeme.io (funnel, email & hosting)

Stripe / PayPal (payments): Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

We never sell your personal data.

4. Retention Periods:

  • Customer account & purchase data: for the duration of your access, then archived as required by law.

  • Invoices and transaction records: 10 years (French commercial law).

  • Prospect/marketing data: 3 years after your last activity, then deleted.

  • Cookies: maximum 13 months.

5. Your Rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, plus the right to define directives on your data after death. To exercise them, email support@consciousmindvision.com (we respond within one month).

6. Cookies:

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising pixels) before any are placed. Essential cookies (cart, session, security) do not require consent. You can change your choice at any time via. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Payment transactions are handled by PCI-DSS certified providers and are subject to strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) under EU Directive PSD2. Access to customer data is restricted and protected by authentication. We never see or store your card information.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page with its date.
