THE QUANTUM FORMULA

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your purchase. By ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined below. These terms are binding upon purchase.

1) Nature of This Offer

The Quantum Formula is a proprietary digital educational program created and operated exclusively by Ons Henia under the brand ConsciousMindVision..

This promotional pricing is offered at the sole discretion of Ons Henia and may be modified, increased, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Completing your purchase locks in your access at the price paid at the time of the transaction. No price adjustments will be made retroactively in either direction.

2) Instant Access & Email Delivery

Upon completing your purchase, full access to the Quantum Formula will be delivered immediately to the email address provided at checkout. A confirmation email will also be dispatched automatically upon enrollment.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure the email address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and accessible.

Ons Henia and Conscious Mind Vision are not responsible for non-delivery of access or confirmation emails resulting from typographical errors made by the purchaser at checkout.
Emails and access credentials are dispatched to the exact address submitted at the time of purchase. No corrections can be guaranteed after payment is processed.
If you believe there is an error in the address you provided, contact us immediately at support@consciousmindvision.com with your full name and proof of purchase.
Confirmation emails and access links may occasionally be filtered into spam or junk folders. Please check all folders before contacting support.
Failure to receive emails due to an error made at checkout does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided our system confirms dispatch to the address submitted.

3) No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this program, all sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been processed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

You are purchasing a digital product and waive any right to a refund upon payment.
A change of mind, change of circumstances, or failure to engage with the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Non-receipt of emails caused by an error made at checkout does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided our system confirms dispatch to the address submitted.
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed inconsistently with these terms will be contested with full documentation, including transaction records, email dispatch logs, checkout confirmation, and this agreement.

Any refund issued outside of this policy is issued solely at the discretion of Ons Henia as a one-time goodwill gesture and does not set a precedent for future transactions.

4) Access & Delivery

Due to the instant-access and proprietary digital nature of this program, all sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been processed and access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

You are purchasing a proprietary digital program and waive any right to a refund upon payment and access delivery.
A change of mind, change of circumstances, perceived lack of time, or failure to engage with the program does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund, as results depend entirely on individual application, effort, and circumstance.
Non-receipt of emails caused by an error made at checkout does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided our system confirms dispatch to the address submitted.
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed inconsistently with these terms will be contested in full, with all documentation submitted to the payment processor as evidence, including transaction records, access logs, email dispatch confirmation, and this binding agreement.

5) Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

The Quantum Formula contains proprietary methodologies, diagnostic systems, and intellectual frameworks developed exclusively by Ons Henia. These include but are not limited to:

The Timeline Shift Equation™: The First Mathematical formula to engineer and shift realities.
The 9-Stage Timeline Map™ : a proprietary framework mapping the nine distinct stages of personal and business evolution.
The IFAR Framework™: a proprietary identity and frequency framework developed by Ons Henia.
All associated worksheets, diagnostic tools, prompts, frameworks, scoring systems, and written methodologies contained within the program.

These frameworks are original intellectual property. They are not derived from, affiliated with, or licensed from any third party. Any resemblance to existing public frameworks is coincidental.

Purchasing this program grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use these frameworks for your own individual development only. This license does not extend to any commercial, educational, or professional application without prior written agreement from Ons Henia.

06) Access & Lifetime License

Access to the Quantum Formula is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Your enrollment includes:

Lifetime access to all current program materials.
All future updates to the program at no additional cost.
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is strictly non-transferable.

Ons Henia reserves the right to modify, update, or restructure program content at any time in order to maintain and improve the quality of the material. These modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7) Pricing & Promotional Terms

The Quantum Formula is currently available at a promotional price of $47 USD. This price reflects a temporary reduction from the standard price of $197 USD and may be changed, increased, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Future price increases do not entitle previous purchasers to any additional compensation or credit.
The existence of a promotional price does not imply that a refund will be issued should the price decrease after your purchase.

8) Disclaimer of Results

The Quantum Formula is an educational and diagnostic program. All results, financial, personal, or professional, vary based on individual application, effort, existing circumstances, market conditions, and numerous other factors entirely outside our control.

Nothing within this program constitutes a guarantee of income, business growth, financial transformation, or any specific outcome.

Any results referenced, whether from the instructor or from students, are illustrative examples and are not representative of typical outcomes.

System and all associated diagnostics are proprietary educational tools. They do not constitute financial, psychological, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on the content of this program.

9) Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication at support@consciousmindvision.com A response will be provided within 5 business days.

Should a chargeback or formal dispute be filed without prior communication, Ons Henia reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor as evidence, including but not limited to: transaction records, access delivery confirmation, email dispatch logs, checkout agreement, and this Terms & Conditions document.

By purchasing, you agree that any dispute will be pursued in good faith before escalation to any third party, regulatory body, or financial institution.
