Terms & Conditions for The Master Alchemist (MA) Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to The Master Alchemist,  a 12-month mentorship and mastermind container inside Conscious Creator University (CCU).

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which form a binding agreement between you (“the Student”) and FGUIDE EI (“the Company”), with Ons serving as your lead mentor and guide throughout the experience.

2. Program Overview

a. Duration:
The Master Alchemist is a 12-month mentorship and mastermind program.

b. Inclusions:

  • Weekly live mastermind sessions (via Zoom)

  • Access to all course materials and recordings

  • Private 1:1 communication and mentorship within the CCU framework

  • Access to community spaces and future upgrades during the 12-month period

c. Access Period:


All materials and calls will remain accessible for the duration of the 12-month enrollment unless otherwise extended or specified in writing.

3. 10K Results Guarantee

The Master Alchemist is designed to help you generate a minimum of $10,000 in income within 12 months of consistent participation.

We offer a 100% results-based guarantee, provided the following conditions are met:

To be eligible for the refund guarantee, you must:
âś… Attend at least 75% of the live masterminds (verified through attendance records)
âś… Submit monthly reflections or progress updates inside the CCU portal
âś… Actively apply the frameworks, content strategies, and guidance provided during the program
âś… Show proof of consistent implementation (e.g., posting content, creating offers, or following the curriculum)

If, after 12 months, you have not earned at least $10,000 USD and have met all conditions above, you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of program completion.

Failure to meet any of the eligibility requirements will void the guarantee.

4. Payment Terms

a. Investment:
The total investment for The Master Alchemist is displayed at checkout. Payment options may include one-time (Diamond), 3-month (Crystal), or 12-month (Pearl) plans.

b. Commitment:
All payment plans are binding. By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation level or personal circumstances.

c. Refunds:


Except for the results-based guarantee stated above, all payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

a. Ownership:
All materials, videos, frameworks, concepts, and systems shared within The Master Alchemist are the exclusive intellectual property of FGUIDE EI and are protected under French and international copyright law.

b. Proprietary Systems:
This includes, but is not limited to, all original frameworks, templates, visuals, processes, and methodologies developed by Ons under Conscious Creator University (CCU). These are proprietary and copyrighted works.

c. Restrictions on Use:
You may use the teachings and guidance for your personal and business growth only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, or present any of the content, frameworks, or systems from this program as your own without express written consent from FGUIDE EI.

d. Violation:
Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of materials constitutes a breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. Student Responsibilities & Accountability

As a participant of The Master Alchemist, you acknowledge that this program is a co-creative process that requires full energetic and practical commitment.

You understand and agree that:

a. Implementation is Key:
The success of this program depends on your consistent application of the teachings, frameworks, and guidance provided. Ons and FGUIDE EI cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from a lack of implementation, effort, or consistency.

b. Ownership of Results:
You are fully responsible for your business decisions, content creation, financial outcomes, and emotional well-being. While mentorship and frameworks are provided, the execution and energy you bring determine your results.

c. Participation Commitment:
You agree to attend the masterminds, complete assignments or reflection forms, and actively participate in the CCU community to the best of your ability.

d. Integrity & Conduct:
You agree to act with respect, professionalism, and integrity toward Ons, the CCU team, and other participants. Breaches of confidentiality, unethical behavior, or misuse of shared materials will result in immediate removal without refund.

e. No Guarantees Beyond the Agreement:
While this program includes a results-based guarantee (Section 3), you acknowledge that no promise of specific business or personal outcomes can be made outside those terms.

7. Mentor Responsibilities & Commitment

Ons and FGUIDE EI are committed to providing a high-quality mentorship experience designed to support your growth as a sovereign creator and business leader.

a. Delivery of Guidance:
Ons will deliver weekly mastermind sessions, provide frameworks, tools, and strategies designed to facilitate your personal and business evolution.

b. Support & Presence:
Reasonable support will be provided through the Skool portal, live calls, and agreed communication channels. Ons will respond to posts within 24-48 business hours (Mon–Fri).

c. Curriculum & Resources:
All resources, trainings, and frameworks will be updated as needed to ensure the material remains relevant, aligned, and effective.

d. Integrity & Confidentiality:
Ons commits to maintaining professional integrity, confidentiality, and respect for each student’s journey.

e. Energetic Space Holding:
Beyond business guidance, the mentor provides a safe and aligned energetic space for transformation, always maintaining healthy boundaries within the coach–student relationship.

8. Attendance, Rescheduling & Boundaries

  • Mastermind Attendance: Students are expected to attend live masterminds weekly or watch replays promptly.

  • Communication Boundaries: Direct support is provided within agreed channels (Kajabi portal or private email). Please allow up to 48 hours for responses during weekdays.

  • Rescheduling: Missed or canceled calls are not refundable or transferable.

  • Confidentiality: All discussions, materials, and shared experiences are confidential and must remain within the CCU community.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ons and FGUIDE EI provide mentorship, education, and guidance based on experience and proven systems. However, individual results depend on each participant’s effort, energy, and implementation.
FGUIDE EI and Ons shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the program.

10. Termination and Conduct

FGUIDE EI reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior within the CCU environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect program adjustments. Any updates will be communicated through Kajabi or by email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
