Please read these Terms & Conditions of Sale carefully before purchasing. By ticking the dedicated boxes at checkout and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. These terms apply to all purchases of The Quantum Formula made on this site by consumers.

1. Seller Identification

The Quantum Formula is a proprietary digital educational program sold by Ons Henia, Entrepreneur Individuel (EI), trading as Conscious Mind Vision, SIRET: 91043268100047, registered address: 8 Rue du Faubourg Poissonière 75010 Paris - France , email support@consciousmindvision.com. VAT not applicable.

2. The Product: Digital Content

The Quantum Formula is digital content supplied without a material medium: video lessons, written modules, worksheets and diagnostic tools delivered through an online members area. To access it you need: a valid email address, an internet connection, and a current web browser on desktop or mobile. No software installation is required. Access is personal, non-transferable, and granted to the individual purchaser only.

3. Price

The program is offered at $47 USD (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI), a promotional price against the standard price of $97 USD. Any crossed-out reference price displayed corresponds to the lowest price practiced during the 30 days preceding the promotion, in accordance with article L112-1-1 of the Code de la consommation. Promotional pricing may be modified or withdrawn at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the moment of purchase. No retroactive adjustments are made in either direction.

4. Ordering Process

Your order is placed in the following steps: (1) review of the order summary (product, price); (2) entry of your details; (3) acceptance of these Terms via a dedicated checkbox; (4) express request for immediate access via a second dedicated checkbox (see Article 6); (5) payment via a button clearly marked as an order with an obligation to pay. You receive a confirmation email on a durable medium restating the essential terms of your order.

5. Payment & Payment Security

Payment is due in full at the time of order, by the methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit card, [PayPal, etc.]). Transactions are processed by [Stripe / PayPal] via the Systeme.io platform over TLS-encrypted connections. We never collect, see, or store your card details. Payments are subject to strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) as required by EU Directive PSD2. Access to the program is granted upon confirmation of payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal — and Its Express Waiver

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the Code de la consommation, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, under article L221-28, 13°, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied without a material medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their express acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

At checkout, you are asked to tick a dedicated, un-preticked box stating:

“I expressly request immediate access to The Quantum Formula before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I expressly acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content has begun (article L221-28, 13° du Code de la consommation).”

By ticking this box, access is delivered immediately and your right of withdrawal is lost from the moment performance begins. Your express consent and acknowledgment are recorded (timestamp) and restated in your confirmation email.

7. Refunds

Because the right of withdrawal is validly waived under Article 6, and given the immediately consumable nature of digital content, orders with immediate access are firm and final. A change of mind, lack of time, or failure to engage with the program does not give rise to a refund. Any refund granted outside these cases is a discretionary, one-time goodwill gesture and does not create a precedent.

8. Legal Guarantees (Garanties Légales)

Independently of any commercial policy, you benefit from: the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the Code de la consommation), under which the content must match its description and function as stated, if it does not, you may demand that it be brought into conformity, or failing that a price reduction or refund; and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Code civil). Claims: support@consciousmindvision.com. These guarantees apply notwithstanding Article 7.

9. Access & Lifetime License

Your purchase grants lifetime access to all current program materials and future updates at no extra cost, for as long as the program is operated. Content may be updated, improved, or restructured to maintain quality; such improvements do not constitute grounds for a refund. Access credentials are strictly personal; account sharing may result in suspension after notice.

10. Email Delivery

Access is sent to the exact email address you provide at checkout. Please verify it carefully; check spam/junk folders before contacting support. If you notice an address error, contact support@consciousmindvision.com immediately with your name and proof of purchase and we will redirect access to the correct address. Non-receipt caused by an address error does not by itself constitute a delivery failure where our systems confirm dispatch to the address submitted, but we will always work with you in good faith to restore access.

11. Intellectual Property & License

The program contains proprietary methodologies developed exclusively by Ons Henia, including the Timeline Shift Equation™, the 9-Stage Timeline Map™, the IFAR Framework™, and all associated worksheets, diagnostics, prompts and scoring systems. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for your individual and personal use only. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, teaching, or commercial exploitation of these frameworks requires prior written agreement by Ons Henia. Watermarked or personalized copies may be used to trace unauthorized distribution.

12. Disclaimer of Results

The Quantum Formula is an educational and diagnostic program. Results: financial, personal, psychological or professional depend entirely on individual application, effort, circumstances and factors outside our control. Nothing in the program constitutes a guarantee of income or any specific outcome, nor financial, psychological, medical, or legal advice. Examples of results are illustrative, not typical. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
